[UPDATE] To keep ElixirConf EU accessible, safe and enjoyable for as many people as possible,
we have decided to move the date of the conference from April to the 9-10 June 2022.
For nearly a decade, ElixirConf EU has been the must attend Elixir event in Europe.
Every year, hundreds of developers with a passion for Elixir come together to learn about,
share and inspire the progression of the Elixir ecosystem.
Our events frequently include members of the core teams of Elixir’s biggest frameworks
as well as being a hub for the announcement of new features and developments.
Whether you’re new to Elixir or a seasoned Elixir developer there is something for everyone at ElixirConf.
From in-depth Elixir training for all skill levels to immersive keynotes that bring you
to the forefront of Elixir development, we are actively championing the continued growth of the Elixir community.
This year ElixirConf EU is going HYBRID. This means you can participate in the conference either online or in person in London.
Read more about it here.
For the first time ElixirConf will be in the United Kingdom, welcoming everybody from around the world to one of the most culturally diverse cities in Europe.
The UK is one of the most highly vaccinated countries in the world and the NHS has declared that the UK is now past the peak of the latest Omicron variant.
Due to this downward trend the UK government has recently eased restrictions for entry from most countries.
From 18 March, all COVID-19 travel restrictions have been lifted, including the passenger locator form (PLF) for arrivals into the UK, as well as all tests for passengers who do not qualify as vaccinated. This change, therefore, removes the need for unvaccinated passengers to take a pre-departure test and a "Day 2" post-arrival test.
For more information please visit https://www.gov.uk/.
You may be required to take a PCR or lateral flow test before travelling back home. This website gives you all of the latest requirements to travel back including the nearest centre to take any test.
If you are travelling as a group, we can offer a group discount on your ticket to help towards the cost of the test. We will also consider discounts for individuals, who cannot cover the additional cost of testing, please contact us directly.

We are pleased to announce that thanks to Remote's and Fresha's support, ElixirConf EU 2022 is implementing a Diversity Scheme. The goal of the programme is to improve diversity at the conference and to offer support to those in the tech community who would not otherwise be able to attend, aimed at (but not restricted to) women, people from ethic minorities and people with disabilities.

Your safety and the safety of others are of the utmost importance to us as organisers and the ILEC Conference Centre. The government has now removed the remaining domestic restrictions in England. There are still steps you can take to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19:
- Get vaccinated
- Consider wearing a face covering in crowded, enclosed spaces
- Self-isolate if feeling unwell
April is coming close and though the pandemic situation is not yet fully contained, we’re optimistic to meet with you in London and we will make sure not only to deliver a great experience, but also that it’s delivered in a safe environment. However, we’re also keeping in mind that by then not everyone will be able to travel, therefore, we’ve decided to make ElixirConf EU a hybrid event, combining both an in-person and virtual conference.
There will be two different categories of tickets going on sale at the same time - for the in-person conference and training and for virtual conference attendance.
For the second time we have created ElixrConf EU e-shop with conference swag!
Now you can not only participate in our ElixirConf 2022 hybrid experience, but also order t-shirts (included in the in-person ticket!), sweatshirts, mugs and many more items from the comfort of your couch.
All items are ordered directly with Spreadshirt but are branded with the official ElixirConf EU designs. The store was created for our community but is a third party supplier. Any issues with the items should be directed to the supplier and not Code Sync.
